What Can You Share?
Here are some ideas to inspire you:

• Spotlights on Queer-Owned Businesses:

  • Highlight the stories, missions, and impact of queer-owned businesses across New England.

  Book & Media Reviews:

  • Review queer-centered books, films, and shows, especially those with local connections.

• Event Recaps and Community Gatherings: 

  • ​Share highlights, photos, and personal reflections from local queer events, festivals, and meetups.

• Activism, Advocacy, and Community Impact:

  • Cover local activism efforts, queer rights movements, and organizations making a difference.

• Inclusive Spaces and Venue Reviews: 

  • Review welcoming bars, cafés, and event spaces where the queer community can gather safely and authentically.

• Queer Centered Travel Guides for New England Destinations: 

  • Provide recommendations for inclusive and affirming destinations throughout New England for queer travelers.

• ​Letters to the Community:

  • Open letters sharing thoughts, encouragement, or rallying community support.

How to Submit

• Send us a short pitch before you start working on your completed piece! Include:

  • Your name and pronouns.

  • A brief description of your idea.

  • A few sentences about yourself and your connection to the queer community.
